Hosting a Halloween Bash

Halloween is a fun time, for both children and adults. While most children can be found Trick or Treating around their neighborhood, many adults can be found hosting their own Halloween Bash!
Here is a great idea for a delicious - ghoulish sweet treat:
Candy Corn Parfait Recipe (Found on Food Network)

Ingredients

  • 1 large orange
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 3 tablespoons lemon curd
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon crushed shortbread cookies (optional)

Directions

Peel and segment the orange with a paring knife, removing the membranes and white pith. Chop the segments and toss with the orange liqueur in a bowl; set aside for about 10 minutes.

Spoon the lemon curd into a small liqueur glass or brandy snifter in an even layer. Top with a thin layer of whipped cream, then pile on the oranges and dollop with the remaining whipped cream. Sprinkle with crushed shortbread cookies, if desired.

If you don't feel like hosting your own halloween bash, be sure to go out and experience the Halloween Ghoul of the year - The Signature Grand Halloween Ghoul! This party features celebrities, buffets, music and costume contests - all in Signature Grand's transformed haunted mansion!
